Membership and billing
Memberships renew automatically each month on your signup date until you pause or cancel. Cancelling stops future renewals; your membership stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
Caring for puzzles
Please keep puzzles away from pets, food and drinks, and return every piece in the original box and bag.
Lost pieces
We count pieces when a puzzle comes back. If pieces are missing, a lost-piece fee may be charged to your account.
Damage
If a puzzle or its box is damaged beyond normal wear, a damage fee up to the replacement cost of the puzzle may be charged.
Pausing
You may pause your membership from your account. Puzzles you have at home must be returned before pausing.
