Collect it
We email the pickup address and door code, or drop it at your door. It comes bagged, counted and ready.

Schedule a return from your account. Once we have checked it in, your next puzzle is yours to reserve.

How many puzzles can I have?
One a month, one at a time with unlimited swaps, or two at a time with unlimited swaps, depending on your plan.
What if a piece goes missing?
Tell us when you return it. Our Rental Terms explain how lost pieces and damage are handled.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes. Return what you have at home, then pause from My Account. You are not billed while paused.
Where do I pick up?
At our pickup point. You get the address and door code by email once your reservation is confirmed.
Do you deliver?
Yes, to the ZIP codes we serve. Choose delivery when you reserve.
